01. SUMMERKIWI™ aperitif

Ingredients:
1 bottle of sparkling wine, 2 little bottles of tonic water, 2 glasses of kiwi syrup, some lemon slices, 2 Summerkiwi™ cut into slices.

Mix the sparkling wine, the tonic water, the kiwi syrup and the fruits.
Let the mix settle for two hours and serve it cold with ice.
