How to cook it
Whip 12 SUMMERKIWIS™ up, together with a spoon of sugar
and a little water. Melt 3 isinglass sheets in a glass of warm
water, squeeze them and add them to the whipped kiwis. Pour
the mixture off into the single goblets and let it harden in
the fridge for an hour.
