SUMMERKIWI™: THE RECIPES>
04. SUMMERKIWI™ Bavarian Cream

Ingredients:
2 eggs, 100 gr sugar, 1 paper of vanillin, 1 spoon of meal, 5 mature SUMMERKIWISTM, 4 sponge biscuits, ¼ litre of milk, 4 isinglass sheets; 250gr cream to be whipped, salt

How to cook it
Mix the yolks with the sugar until a frothy cream, add the vanillin, the meal, a pinch of salt, the pulverized biscuits and at last the whipped whites; add the milk slowly and pour it all off in a casserole.
Put it on the fire and let it slowly boil, mixing carefully; let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Soften the isinglass sheets into water, drain and squeeze them, and add them to the mixture.
Mix again, let cool down and add the well whipped cream.
Pour it off in a mould for puddings and place it in the fridge for half a day.
Serve it cold.
