SUMMERKIWI™: LE RICETTE >
05. Torta al SUMMERKIWI™

Ingredients:
225gr meal, 110 gr butter, 4 yolks, a rind of lemon, 110gr castor sugar+ 2 spoons, 1 pinch of salt, 1 spoon corn starch, ¼ litre of milk, 1 paper of vanilla sugar, 1 spoon cherry, 5 SUMMERKIWIS™, 1 box of jelly.

How to cook it
Prepare the short pastry mixing the meal, 2 yolks, the softened butter cut into pieces, the grated rind of a lemon, 1 glass of water, 110 gr castor sugar and a pinch of salt. Knead the mixture vigorously, form a ball which you will wind in an aluminium sheet and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. With this pastry, cover a cake-pan. Let it cook in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200° C. in the meantime, prepare the cream with 2 yolks, 2 spoons castor sugar, 1 paper vanilla sugar and the corn starch. Mix vigorously for many times, then add the milk a little at a time. Let it cook on a slow fire, always mixing, and when the cream is going to boil, add the cherry. Settle the cream upon the short pastry and dispose the Summerkiwis cut into thin slices. At last, paint the cake with a stroke of cake-jelly.
